CONCEPT VISUAL — Operator Control Line
Designed concept panel for a text-to-agent control line — not a screenshot of a live phone service.
The goal
To give an owner one controlled line to direct specialist agents — least-privilege by design, human-in-the-loop, and auditable on every action.
What it does — the task
- One phone number receives text requests and routes them to specialist agents.
- Authority tiers control what each agent is allowed to do.
- An identity allowlist limits who can direct the line.
- An intake checklist shapes each request before work starts.
- A full audit row is recorded for every action an agent takes.
Time back
One controlled text line replaces repeated dispatching, checking, and re-explaining by hand, while authority tiers and audit rows keep owner control intact. Time back — varies by volume
Status: Built — slices 0–1 in open pull requests, merge pending; no live phone line yet.
